• Background Check (Criminal and Credit)
• Must earn 3 times the base rent 
• No evictions or bankruptcies
• Cannot owe any other landlords or utility companies

Required documents that will be needed

• Copy of ID/License or passport
• Copy of Social security card 
• Copy of last 4 paystubs (2 Bi-Weekly) and/or 3 Last months of bank statements showing deposits in excess of 3 times rent charges

• Application Fee (Non-Refundable). You agree to pay our representative the non-refundable application fee in the amount indicated in paragraph 3. Payment of the application fee does not guarantee that your application will be accepted. The application fee partially defrays the cost of administrative paperwork. It is non-refundable.
